How we work
The same standard every time
The parts are on the van
Every common torsion spring size, rollers, cables and the two opener boards that fail most. A repair that needs a second visit is usually a stocking failure, not a hard problem.
We will not talk you through a spring
A torsion spring holds enough energy to break bones. It is the one job we decline to coach over the phone, however confident the caller sounds.
Two-year warranty on the repair
Not the part — the repair. If what we fixed fails inside two years we come back and there is no second invoice.
